Beschreibung

• Support the sales team with technical skills and provide technical knowledge of F5 solutions to customers • Achieve allocated sales targets and sell relevant F5 solutions based on customer business needs in partnership with Sales Account Managers • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customers’ technical and business challenges and proposing effective solutions • Work with enterprise accounts and new business • Articulate F5 product strategy, messaging, positioning, value proposition, and solutions for customer business objectives • Provide technical expertise through sales presentations, solution designs, demonstrations, proof of concepts, in-person or virtual presentations, and whiteboarding • Determine opportunity viability and map organizational structures • Drive the sales process by identifying Technical Decision Makers and securing technical validation, support, and sponsorship • Provide customer service throughout the customer life cycle • Collaborate with internal technical and sales resources and share best practices and expertise • Attend customer meetings for at least 50% of the time, remotely or face-to-face where possible • Report to the Solutions Engineering Manager of the area

🎯 Anforderungen

• 6+ years of related industry experience • BS/BA or equivalent work experience • Familiarity/experience with F5 technology or similar industry solution deployment is a plus • Relevant certifications are a plus • Fluent verbal and writing skills in English • Knowledge of Network and Application Security L3–L7 security is a requirement • Experience with Data Centers, Virtualization and Cloud computing environments • Experience with Service Provider’s Mobile network architectures and protocols, especially those defined by 3GPP • Knowledge of Service Providers’ IP/MPLS network infrastructures and SDWAN technologies • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, SCM tools, and container orchestration solutions such as Kubernetes and OpenShift • Experience in the RFx process
