Beschreibung

• Lead IT audit engagements end to end, including scoping, risk assessment, walkthroughs, control testing, issue development and remediation validation • Own the SOX 404 IT general controls program for assigned financial applications and infrastructure • Test IT application controls, reports, interfaces and system-generated data supporting financial reporting • Perform annual and ad-hoc segregation of duties analysis and automate extraction, normalization and comparison processes • Audit identity and access management, including provisioning, privileged access and periodic access reviews • Evaluate change and release management controls across Git, CI/CD, Jira and ServiceNow • Assess controls over cloud infrastructure and enterprise data platforms • Perform cybersecurity and cloud security assessments across FICO SaaS product environments • Support third-party risk and SOC 1/SOC 2 report reviews • Contribute to AI and model governance risk coverage using NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC 42001 • Apply data analytics and AI-assisted tooling, scripted population extraction, full-population testing and continuous monitoring • Prepare work papers and summarize findings for the Chief Audit Executive and/or Senior Manager, IT Risk & Assurance • Liaise between external auditors and internal stakeholders, coordinating scoping, walkthroughs, evidence, PBC requests and open-item closure • Partner with IT, Engineering, Security, Finance and business process owners • Recommend improvements to FICO’s internal control structure and processes • Coach and review junior auditors and co-sourced resources • Keep leadership informed of progress, control weaknesses and audit findings while meeting deadlines and maintaining confidentiality

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, information systems, computer science, accounting or a related field; equivalent practical experience will be considered • Approximately 3–5 years of progressive IT audit experience; at least 3 years recommended • Meaningful exposure to owning or leading ITGC and SOX 404 testing • Hands-on experience testing IT general and application controls over a major ERP; Oracle strongly preferred, SAP, NetSuite or comparable valued • Experience with cloud-hosted business applications such as HCM, CRM, revenue and data warehouse platforms • Experience using AI and automation in audit work; familiarity with Claude is used by the team • Working knowledge of identity governance and privileged access concepts • Cloud audit experience in AWS; Azure or GCP also relevant • Familiarity with COSO 2013, COBIT, NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-53, ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 1, SOC 2, PCI DSS, GDPR, HIPAA and US state privacy law including CCPA/CPRA • Advanced Excel, including Power Query • Data and scripting ability; SQL and Python most immediately useful; PowerShell, VBA, Power BI, Tableau, shell scripting, regular expressions and REST APIs valuable • CISA achieved or actively being pursued • Pro-active and independent thinking • Strong written and verbal communication • Comfortable working across global teams and time zones in a fast-moving public company environment
