Beschreibung

• As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll become an integral part of our People Team and play an active role in attracting exceptional talent to FINN. • From publishing job ads and engaging with candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting offers, you'll contribute across the entire hiring journey. • You'll quickly take ownership of your own roles, build hands-on recruiting experience, and grow into a trusted partner for hiring managers and candidates alike.

🎯 Anforderungen

• You are a strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues from different teams, building trust through clear, professional, and empathetic communication. • You have a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and enjoy taking ownership, finding pragmatic solutions, and continuously looking for ways to improve how things are done. • You bring a structured way of working and enjoy handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment without losing sight of what matters most. • You communicate with high fluency in German (C1/C2 level) and have a strong command of English (B2 level or above). • Previous experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, HR, customer-facing roles, or a startup environment is nice to have. • High eagerness to learn, bring new ideas to the table, and explore how AI, automation, and data can shape the future of Talent Acquisition.
