Beschreibung

• Build agent-driven workflows for the Cloud Security Plane, including platforms such as a FedRAMP High Cloud-Native SIEM and Tier 1 Agentic SOC • Develop Triage Agents that ingest, enrich, deduplicate, and disposition large volumes of data • Develop Investigation Agents that execute governed, read-only, multi-step investigations and assemble evidence bundles • Develop Reporting and Threat Intelligence Agents that fetch, normalize, and draft operational reporting • Translate complex systems requirements, architecture documents, security control catalogs, and vendor specifications into production-ready autonomous AI tools • Apply AWS Well-Architected Framework Security Pillar principles and NIST SP 800-53 / NIST SP 800-171 controls • Benchmark agent precision, reduce false positives, and validate autonomous behavior at scale • Ship frequently and take ownership of autonomous actions performed by the code

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong programming foundation in Python, Go, or TypeScript, with ability to build production-grade systems • Demonstrated AI/LLM experience, including autonomous agents, local model frameworks, or advanced coding-assistant workflows such as Aider, agentic CLIs, or MCP-based tooling • Ability to translate complex systems requirements into functional autonomous AI tools • Understanding of cloud-native security concepts, including identity, logging pipelines, least-privilege design, and secure API interaction • Familiarity with agentic patterns, tool-use orchestration, multi-step reasoning, prompt-injection resilience, and autonomous workflow design • Strong reasoning and debugging skills for benchmarking agent precision, reducing false positives, and validating autonomous behavior at scale • Comfort operating in high-velocity, high-accountability environments • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent practical experience • Ability to obtain Security+ within the first year • All applicants must be authorized to work for any US employer in the United States • Must successfully pass a criminal background check • Preferred: exposure to NIST SP 800-53, NIST SP 800-171, FedRAMP High, SOC 2, CIS Benchmarks, and OWASP • Preferred: experience with AWS security and observability tooling, including CloudWatch, Security Hub, IAM, and event-driven architectures • Preferred: experience with infrastructure-as-code such as Terraform and Ansible or cloud-native automation pipelines • Preferred: familiarity with SIEM/SOC workflows, log ingestion, enrichment pipelines, and evidence-bundle generation • Preferred: experience designing or consuming secure tool interfaces, including Model Context Protocol and governed API layers • Preferred: contributions to open-source AI projects, personal agentic labs, or published research • Preferred: understanding of Zero Trust, secure software development practices, and cloud-native threat modeling
