Beschreibung

• Coordinate the resolution and completion of the title process with multiple parties • Monitor and track workflow from searchers and contractors • Coordinate multi-site project intake and transaction management • Review and validate data accuracy in mortgage loan files • Verify file completeness and obtain outstanding title documents • Approve completed files • Perform special projects • Assist with title production support and settlement services preparation • Serve as a team resource and subject matter expert • Answer questions and create resolutions using experience, best practices, and judgment • Schedule and coordinate team activities • Troubleshoot complex problems and guide others toward solutions • Identify solutions using broad application and functional expertise • Recommend enhancements to department processes and procedures

🎯 Anforderungen

• High School diploma or equivalent • 4+ years directly related experience • Demonstrated leadership capabilities • Familiarity with Home Mortgage Disclosure Act a plus • HUD or closing experience a plus • Strong MS Office skill set • Excellent verbal/written communication skills • Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times • Strong detail orientation • Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Confidence, sound judgment, and independent decision-making skills • Ability to understand and execute policy and procedures • Emerging leader skills • Ability to establish effective working relationships at the work group level
