Beschreibung

• Manage a team of Business Analysts and Business Systems Analysts leading analysis for business process, product, and transformation programs • Collaborate with business, technology, and external partners to identify business needs and provide analysis support • Provide business analysis expertise and act as Lead Analyst on key initiatives • Lead and mentor the team in business analysis best practices for process improvement, automation, data, and product initiatives • Oversee supporting documentation, including APIs, process maps, business rules, user stories, and data validation • Act as liaison between business, OCM, PMO, Product, Design, and Engineering teams • Set and manage team goals and objectives • Assess analysis support requests, plan assignments, and coordinate support with management • Participate in hiring, conduct performance reviews, manage disciplinary actions, and perform other HR activities • Mentor team members and support their knowledge development • Guide the team in identifying business problems, conducting gap analysis, researching alternatives, defining requirements, driving solutions, testing, gaining consensus, and implementing solutions • Participate in stakeholder and partner meetings as a business analysis subject matter expert • Provide leadership inputs, reports, and presentations for roadmaps, budgets, resource planning, and strategy • Lead creation of a Center of Excellence for the Business Analysis Practice

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience • CBAP or IIBA Certifications, PBA, Agile certifications a plus • Demonstrated experience as a Lead BA or Business Analysis Manager with supervisory duties • Strong people leadership capabilities • Strong Business Analysis expertise, including process mapping, requirements elicitation, API analysis, writing test cases, capturing business rules, and data analysis • Experience leading analysis for digital transformation programs within complex agile environments • Experience collaborating with business, product, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into systems definitions and solutions • Strong communication, presentation, influencing, and collaboration abilities at management level • Strong experience in Business Analysis and Business Systems Analysis methodologies, best practices, and industry standards • Standard Microsoft Office skillset • Excellent organization and program/project management skills • Knowledge of title insurance and settlement services operations is a plus
