Beschreibung

• Define business processes and system alignment • Translate business requirements into system definitions and solutions • Act as liaison between the user community and technical applications development staff • Resolve system problems to ensure customer processes run smoothly • Document business processes, training procedures, and project status • Implement system alignment with business processes

🎯 Anforderungen

• BS Degree or equivalent work experience • 4-7 years of directly related experience in title insurance, escrow or underwriting • Preferred experience in training and education, content review and curation, or fraud mitigation. • CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification preferred • Excellent organizational and project management skills • Solid working knowledge of standard features and functions of multiple applications/modules • Strong written and oral communication skills • Strong working knowledge of Data Analysis and/or relational databases • Standard Microsoft Office skill set • Strong working knowledge of system integrations and supporting technologies.
