Beschreibung

• Collaborate with the sales team to engage prospective partners and guide discovery of their needs and challenges • Build relationships with new and existing ISV partners and align their goals with Fiserv solutions • Analyze customer requirements, solve challenges, and recommend tailored solutions to maximize revenue and streamline onboarding • Deliver product demonstrations and answer functionality questions • Support existing partners in expanding their offerings with new products and capabilities • Bridge sales, product, and implementation teams and provide insights and feedback for continuous improvement • Document client interactions and flag potential challenges early • Ensure seamless transition from sales to project managers and implementation teams

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or 4+ years of equivalent work or military experience • 6-7 years of experience in Account Management or Sales/Solutions Engineering • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding performance metrics • Technical expertise understanding, explaining, and integrating complex systems • Successful completion of 5+ client implementations • Ability to conduct 20+ client calls or video meetings monthly with 90% satisfaction • Ability to resolve client challenges within established timelines in 95% of cases • Ability to coordinate at least three internal teams: sales, relationship, and product • Detailed recordkeeping and 100% data accuracy in CRM systems or documentation • Ability to identify and communicate client needs or potential issues, contributing to a 20% increase in client retention or satisfaction • Payments industry experience preferred as a great-to-have • SaaS experience preferred as a great-to-have • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future • Ability to travel within the US up to once a quarter
