Beschreibung

• Lead clients and project teams through structured processes to analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy solutions according to client requirements • Define and execute plans to ensure all client requirements are met • Lead continuous innovation and streamline application functionality and data quality assurance/testing processes • Architect and develop PeopleSoft solutions independently or as part of a highly skilled team • Help clients transform business processes, improve internal controls and operational efficiency, increase transparency and performance management, and comply with Federal laws and regulations • Interact with clients’ senior management • Enhance technical competency, business development, client service, and people development skills

🎯 Anforderungen

• US Citizenship • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust security clearance • Must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse • Bachelor’s degree • Minimum of six (6) years of PeopleSoft technical design and development experience • Minimum of six (6) years of overall technical experience in systems design, development, testing, deployment, and production support of applications or systems • Experience drafting technical design specifications and test plans for application modifications, enhancements, or customizations • Extensive experience with PeopleTools, including Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Application Packages, Component Interfaces, SQR, and Query • Familiarity with Portal Technology and Workflow • Extensive experience writing complex SQL statements and designing custom modules • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a strong focus on customer service and solution ownership • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience working in a Federal environment • Experience utilizing issue-tracking software such as JIRA and ServiceNow • Travel required: up to 10% • Clearance required: None at application stage
