Beschreibung

• Own the entire global relationship with Databricks and serve as the main point of contact • Orchestrate across sales, partner solution architecture, marketing, and partner operations • Establish trusted relationships with US field sales and pre-sales representatives, as well as product and marketing stakeholders • Connect Fivetran Partner Sales Managers with partner sales teams to support solution selling and customer experience • Work with Marketing and Product teams to establish and execute strategic partner go-to-market programs • Grow mutual customer adoption, pipeline development, and revenue across Fivetran and Databricks • Accelerate partner development through programs and joint go-to-market efforts that generate referrals and new business opportunities

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of experience in strategic alliances, enterprise sales, or partner management within the data, cloud, or enterprise software industry • Demonstrated experience managing complex, global relationships • Deep understanding of the modern data stack and the business value of open data infrastructure; dbt, Fivetran, or equivalent experience strongly preferred • Ability to engage credibly at C-suite and partner level within a global technology organization • Strong commercial instincts and ability to identify, qualify, and develop joint pipeline opportunities • Track record of cross-functional orchestration across sales, engineering, marketing, and operations without direct authority
