Beschreibung

• Lead the end-to-end client onboarding process for newly acquired business banking relationships • Coordinate account opening documentation, KYC/BSA requirements, and system setup across internal departments • Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during onboarding • Conduct onboarding calls and welcome communications • Serve as the day-to-day operational contact for assigned business banking clients • Resolve inquiries and service requests, including account maintenance, online banking support, and product inquiries • Communicate account updates, product enhancements, and service changes • Identify and escalate complex client issues and potential attrition risks • Prepare, collect, and review documentation for account openings, credit facilities, and compliance requirements • Maintain client files and records according to bank policies and regulatory standards • Support annual reviews by gathering financial statements, insurance certificates, and other documentation • Coordinate with Credit Administration, Legal, Operations, Treasury Management, Payments, and other internal teams • Support the Business Development Officer and Relationship Manager with research, client materials, and meeting coordination • Maintain accurate client records, notes, and activity logs in the CRM platform • Assist with pipeline tracking and reporting • Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and generate qualified internal referrals • Support client retention efforts, client events, and communication campaigns • Adhere to bank policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and compliance training • Identify and escalate fraud, compliance, and operational risks • Support the bank's Enterprise Risk Management framework • Perform special projects and additional duties as required • Analyze and resolve problems using independent judgment and discretion

🎯 Anforderungen

• High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent • 4+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or a client-facing support role • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with banking systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills • Experience in business banking, commercial banking operations, or client servicing preferred • Knowledge of business banking products including deposits, lending, treasury management, and payments preferred • Experience with client onboarding processes, KYC/BSA documentation, and account administration preferred • Familiarity with commercial loan documentation and credit support functions preferred • Experience working within a team-based or pod coverage model preferred • Proven ability to identify cross-sell opportunities and generate internal referrals preferred • Some travel may be required for periodic team collaboration sessions and client-facing activities
