Beschreibung

• Take technical ownership of Echosec, Strategic Entity Data, and Identify • Own the technical direction and architecture connecting three product surfaces • Lead the Echosec platform, a mature Laravel application running on Kubernetes • Advance the Python AI service for natural-language search, summarisation, and agentic reporting over threat data • Own the Strategic Entity Data API and ingestion pipeline, including cost, scale, and data-quality decisions • Partner directly with the Product Manager and engineering teams across Flashpoint • Grow a team of senior engineers and own career paths, promotions, and performance • Represent the team in KPI reviews, commitment reviews, and cross-team architecture forums • Establish team relationships, understand organizational planning, and provide an initial assessment within 30 days • Establish the team's operating rhythm and next-quarter roadmap within 60 days • Shape technical direction, run the quarterly commitment cycle, and become the primary technical contact within 90 days

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience leading a team of five to eight engineers owning a customer-facing product end to end • Accountability for roadmap, architecture, and on-call rotation • Production workloads on AWS, GCP, or Azure • Experience improving a mature application without rewriting it • Experience owning a quarterly commitment cycle end to end • Experience managing engineers as their direct manager, including performance conversations, career development, promotion advocacy, and hiring • Production experience with a mature server-side web application at scale • PHP and Laravel experience, or comparable depth in another framework with genuine willingness to work in Laravel • Hands-on experience running services on Kubernetes with managed Postgres and Redis in a public cloud • Experience owning production reliability, including on-call rotations, incident command, post-incident review, and closing resulting actions • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Must not require sponsorship now or in the future to legally work in the United States
