Beschreibung

• Provide leadership to multiple service managers in the assigned area • Motivate personnel to meet or exceed annual EBITA, sales budgets, and KPI goals • Drive and implement standard practices and procedures at assigned service center locations • Lead operational efficiencies, sales, and marketing for assigned locations • Hire and supervise Service Managers for area branches • Participate in staffing processes to ensure positions are filled timely with suitable candidates • Communicate with direct reports regarding procedures, methods, and implementation • Enforce company policies and procedures • Provide hands-on support for career development, coaching, and training • Ensure required training is completed timely • Identify and implement best practices across branches • Identify top performers and position them to coach others • Ensure team members are trained on FleetPride safety policies, programs, and procedures • Review monthly financial results for all assigned branches and formulate improvement plans when needed • Assist Accounts Receivables with overdue accounts and make collection calls when necessary • Work with Service Managers to hire and retain technicians and provide guidance on market compensation • Develop plans to support and grow local markets, including current business growth and new customer acquisition • Approve expenses up to budget limits • Regularly visit each branch location, focusing on bottom-performing branches

🎯 Anforderungen

• High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) • Minimum of 8 years of experience in heavy duty truck service industry • Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory position • Understanding of quantitative/qualitative analysis • Understanding of analytical, statistical, and financial processes and procedures • Strong professionalism, credibility, and inter-personal skills • Ability to monitor and assess performance • Judgment and decision-making skills • Management of personnel resources • Effective communication skills • Active learning skills • Time management skills • Ability to solve simple equations and use mathematics to solve problems • Critical thinking skills • Coordination skills • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Access • Knowledge of iSeries and Power BI reporting tools • Valid drivers’ license with clean driving record • Ability to travel most of the time
