Beschreibung

• Implement designated Walk to End Lupus Now events • Achieve event revenue goals through peer-to-peer fundraising, corporate and community partnerships • Plan, implement and conduct post-event cultivation of attendees • Recruit, manage and support volunteer committees to reach event goals • Maintain accurate database records • Assist constituents with fundraising software tools • Develop relationships with regional volunteers, sponsors and fundraising participants • Facilitate LFA education and support services, including Lupus & You education programs • Develop knowledge of lupus health issues, services and key mission initiatives • Integrate the Foundation's mission throughout fundraising activities • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience implementing special events, sponsorship sales, volunteer engagement and committee development activities • Proven track record of exceeding fundraising goals • Experience leading volunteers and volunteer committees • Ability to establish strong, collaborative relationships and work with varied personalities and leadership styles • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment • Ability to work independently and under pressure while managing multiple priorities, projects and deadlines • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high-level attention to detail • High proficiency with Microsoft Office, donor tracking database programs, and fundraising software • Availability for weekend and evening work • Ability to lift 35+ pounds • Willingness to travel 25-30% of the time, primarily in the region • Bachelor's Degree • Dedicated home office or workspace with reliable internet connectivity • Ability to interact with people of all ages and cultural backgrounds • Must complete background check • LFA participates in E-Verify
