Beschreibung

• Build market position for Takkion by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships for Takkion business units • Manage relationships with affiliated customers and market additional services • Cross-utilize Takkion’s broad service offerings while anticipating customer needs and goals • Develop strategies to capture new business opportunities • Contact potential partners and discover and explore new ventures • Research industry news and events and analyze market strategies • Examine risks and potentials and conduct competitive analysis • Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials • Prepare sales presentations and proposals • Recommend equity investments • Develop and negotiate contracts in coordination with Takkion’s management team • Enhance Takkion’s reputation by accepting ownership for new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value, participating in professional organizations, and maintaining personal networks • Adhere to company policies, procedures, values, and safety requirements • Work flexible schedules and travel as required

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, or offset with years of experience • Five (5) or more years in Business Development required • Wind industry experience or related industry experience preferred • Market knowledge • Transportation / Logistics Industry Experience preferred • Crane Industry Experience preferred • Management of up to 5 or more direct reports • Ability to travel nationally • Entrepreneurial spirit, professionalism, and high energy • Sales planning, selling to customer needs, and meeting sales goals • Proven track record in building and maintaining relationships and identifying opportunities • Contract negotiations and closings • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Suite • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Ability to multi-task and work well in a team • Openness to change, flexibility, and adaptability • Strong analytical thinking and ability to resolve complex issues • Self-starter with a drive for continuous improvement of business operations • Willingness to assist other teams and overcome challenges • Ability to occasionally lift 50 pounds or less • Valid driver’s license • Ability to travel 50% of the time and as needed • Able to obtain a passport
