Beschreibung

• Oversee execution performance across assigned projects and ensure scope is delivered consistently, efficiently, and to technical standards • Directly manage, mentor, and develop Technical Project Managers • Conduct weekly project execution reviews covering schedule, manpower forecast, risks, action items, and deliverables • Serve as the first escalation point for project-level execution issues • Validate project plans, schedules, and sequencing and correct execution drift • Maintain PM performance standards and prepare PMs for increasing project complexity • Maintain working relationships with client program representatives • Support alignment, issue resolution, client satisfaction, and propagation of lessons learned across program sites • Mentor Project Managers in key client interactions, escalations, and high-stakes communications • Conduct regular site visits for project-health assessment, client relationship reinforcement, and PM coaching • Own weekly and monthly financial monitoring across the project portfolio • Review labor, expenses, invoicing status, and projected billing with each PM monthly • Identify budget risks, burn-rate anomalies, and change-order drivers and recommend mitigation • Ensure accurate financial records and updates to backlog, SOV, and VantagePoint data • Consolidate project manpower forecasts into a program-level demand signal • Compare demand and workforce supply signals to identify resourcing gaps or capacity surpluses • Provide a weekly portfolio summary covering budget, schedule, manpower, and client relationship health • Identify follow-on work opportunities during client and site engagement • Support RFP and proposal development with execution scope review, manpower planning, and project risk assessment • Communicate resource and operational impacts of anticipated awards before contract execution

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience • 5+ years of high purity process cooling or mission-critical construction experience • 3+ years in a people leadership or resource management role • Financial acumen, including project P&L, labor forecasting, and variance analysis • Skilled in Smartsheet, VantagePoint, and MS Office Suite • Strong risk identification, escalation discipline, and mitigation planning capability • Ability to operate effectively in a high-growth, distributed, remote environment • Ability to leverage AI-enabled and digital tools to improve workforce visibility and reporting • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and controls system principles • Exceptional organizational and file-management skills • Ability to complete assignments accurately and with attention to detail • Ability to leverage AI and emerging technologies to streamline workflows and optimize operational processes • Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical information, orally and in writing • Ability to communicate directly with clients and serve as primary point of client contact • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with moderate supervision • Ability to work under pressure and meet close deadlines • Ability to plan and delegate work effectively • Ability to achieve NFPA70E and/or OSHA certification if required • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Ability to follow company and site safety requirements • Must be located near a major airport • Must possess a valid REAL ID or acceptable alternative, such as a passport, for associated domestic air travel effective May 7, 2025
