Beschreibung

• Lead product strategy and delivery for digital payment, billing, and account self-servicing products and features for Ford Pro FinSimple commercial customers within fordpro.com • Lead a team of Product Managers • Own the future vision and roadmap of the product area • Define long-term product vision and strategy aligned with company objectives • Develop and maintain roadmaps for multiple products and prioritize features • Identify growth and improvement opportunities, develop business cases, secure executive buy-in, and launch initiatives • Gather, analyze, and translate stakeholder requirements into product specifications • Lead internal and outsourced teams across global regions • Use data-driven analysis to size customer and business impact and drive initiatives hands-on • Champion requirements, product specifications, PRDs, use cases, and customer research • Mature product management practices and foster innovation, data-driven decision-making, and customer-centricity • Identify staffing and budgeting needs and attract talent • Provide feedback and coaching to team members • Collaborate with engineering teams on technical feasibility and implementation • Identify, mitigate, plan for, and escalate issues • Communicate product visions, roadmaps, and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders • Create PRDs, business case documents, strategy documents, KPIs, OKRs, features, user stories, metrics, and acceptance criteria • Prioritize work into release planning • Participate in standups, iteration planning, product demos, and retrospectives • Improve team processes and efficiency

🎯 Anforderungen

• Master’s degree or combination of experience and education • MBA preferred • 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager • Proven track record delivering impactful complex platform products • Deep expertise in commercial financial and banking products, direct and indirect lending, payment and billing platforms, industry trends, and competitive landscape in fleet management • Deep expertise in product roadmaps, customer journey analytics, and GTM product strategies • Strong knowledge of fleet management services leveraging connected vehicle data • Ability to secure executive buy-in and influence teams • Exceptional storytelling skills • Expertise in technical platforms, APIs, cloud services, and technical products, or experience leading engineering teams that built cloud services or custom software platform solutions as a Product leader • Comfort developing technology points of view and holding architectural discussions using current technology tools and services • Proficiency with technology systems, system design, APIs, non-functional requirements, data, big data, data management, and architectural patterns • ML/AI experience preferred • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills • Experience with platform products and growing enterprise adoption • Experience with AgileSAFE methods and Scrum • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to break down complex tasks and requirements into manageable tasks • Ability to deliver high-impact outcomes, make trade-offs, and prioritize for maximum business impact • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Visa sponsorship is not available
