Beschreibung

• Build long-term customer relationships • Serve as the single point of contact for customers across business process analysis, software installation, configuration, training, and client management • Lead discovery, co-creation workshops, and stakeholder interviews to understand and document capital planning requirements • Generate and manage project plans, milestones, stakeholder communications, and risk mitigation • Develop project plans, own meetings and reporting, follow up on tasks, identify risks and contingency plans, and keep resources focused on priorities, timelines, and budgets • Help clients modify processes to maximize product ROI • Lead core and transactional data migration projects, including mapping, importing, and error/warning analysis • Develop agendas, project progress documentation, action items, process flows, and reports • Train customers on operating and using their solution and capital planning processes • Establish the foundation for customer success after engagement • Assist with presales needs analysis and project scope/pricing • Identify change-request opportunities and sell additional resources/services • Maintain product expertise and apply best practices to achieve customer goals • Ensure adherence to Gordian's project methodology and leverage Fortive Business System tools • Track billable project hours, time, expenses, revenue forecasts, and resource forecasts • Deliver 70–80% billable hours • Travel 25%–40% for in-person customer visits

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience with facilities and data analytics • At least 3 years' experience translating customer business requirements into business solutions and presenting solutions to stakeholders • Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, understanding client processes, and integrating software with workflows • Experience across the client software implementation lifecycle, including needs analysis, project administration, configuration, onsite training, troubleshooting, and account management • Experience implementing software, supporting clients, managing multiple clients, estimating effort, and delivering projects on time and on budget • Thorough understanding of data manipulation and analysis for migrations and reports/visuals • Ability to balance multiple projects and manage workload and calendar • Experience managing timelines, developing and executing project plans, and meeting billable utilization targets • Self-motivated learning style, continuous improvement mindset, and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to an audience • Delivery-focused with a proven record of meeting commitments • Strong problem-solving and solution-focused approach • Must live within 45 minutes of a major international airport • Strongly desired but not required: experience in Architecture, Engineering, or Facilities Management • Strongly desired but not required: SQL, SSIS, or similar data manipulation/workflow packages • Strongly desired but not required: technical or software training experience • Strongly desired but not required: presales experience
