Beschreibung

• Support the digital vision to modernize contract processes within Defense & Systems • Support implementation of a third-party SaaS Contract Lifecycle Management solution • Support operational maintenance and enhancements of Salesforce • Transition to supporting operations, enhancements, and day-to-day support for the future CLM solution • Partner with product and functional teams to execute the contract-management roadmap and strategy • Gather and document requirements • Build functional and technical specifications • Oversee build, test, and deploy milestones • Define execution plans and approaches based on scope, timeline, budget, and resources • Follow and improve project management processes and practices • Help manage project risks, scope changes, and non-standard events • Coordinate with external vendors as needed • Verify deliverable quality against stakeholder expectations • Track outcomes against commitments and capture lessons learned • Collaborate with business, functional, and technology partners to specify requirements • Help resolve project roadblocks and interdependencies • Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting • Present clear rationale for issues and decisions • Take ownership of tasks and proactively identify and remove team obstacles • Break down problems, document problem statements, and estimate effort • Contribute to reliable system uptime and modernized applications supporting business growth and sustainability

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience, OR an associate's degree with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, OR a High School Diploma with a minimum of 7 years of professional experience • Familiarity with Salesforce administration or configuration, including writing user stories and partnering with administrators to deliver new functionality • Experience working in an Agile delivery model • Exposure to CLM or contract-management platforms is a plus • Ability to make basic technology choices, analyze their impact, and stay current on relevant technology trends • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal, team-building, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively with global teams, including time-zone flexibility • U.S. Person status required: U.S. lawful permanent resident, U.S. Citizen, or granted asylee or refugee status • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable • May be subject to random and reasonable-suspicion drug and alcohol testing
