Beschreibung

• Develop, manage, and deliver the commissioning execution strategy, schedule, and cost • Ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget • Ensure activities comply with the site EHS plan and safe systems of work • Coordinate contractual tests with the customer and ensure contract adequacy • Turn over completed systems to the customer without defects and follow up on punch-list items • Manage, assess, supervise, support, and promote commissioning personnel • Ensure quality compliance through delegated responsibilities, inspections, tests, witness points, and quality records • Perform commissioning according to specifications, engineering and commissioning documents, safety instructions, environmental measures, and local regulations • Accept system turnover from construction to commissioning and execute turnover to the customer • Manage, perform, coordinate, and monitor commissioning of systems according to schedule, contract, and coordination with the Site Manager, project management, and customer • Review project risks and follow up on mitigation planning and execution • Identify and analyze technical problems, monitor defects, find solutions, obtain technical support, and report problems • Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues and may lead small, low-risk projects

🎯 Anforderungen

• Commissioning experience and knowledge of Combined Cycle Power Plants (CCPP) and aeroderivative power plants • Experience leading supervisors and technicians in pre-commissioning and commissioning • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field from an accredited university or college, or high school diploma/GED with at least 10 years of commissioning experience • Willingness to travel worldwide for long-term assignments • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to analyze and resolve problems • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Experience as a Commissioning Manager for CCPP or other power-plant types preferred • Strong teamwork, motivation, influence, and persuasion skills • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
