Beschreibung

• Work within the GE Power Conversion Parts & Repairs team to deliver quotes in response to customer queries • Work across the GE Power Conversion business segments • Own the day-to-day RFQ fulfillment process • Receive and validate purchase orders and pass them to the Order Fulfillment team • Receive and log customer Requests for Quotations, including supporting Rapid Quote response • Identify requested parts and provide quotations using the standard Parts Book and pricing • Liaise with Material Management, Sourcing, Parts Definition, and other stakeholders to ensure on-time quote delivery • Maintain quote information in SFDC for accurate financial forecasting • Raise workflows to create and update parts • Resolve customer issues • Receive and check Purchase Orders • Accurately process customer Purchase Orders for Order Fulfillment • Work with GE internal customers, warehouses, Fleet managers, and Field Engineers to support customer requirements and issues • Act as lead fulfillment operational liaison with GE sites, Sourcing, Planning, and logistics service providers • Ensure all transactions are completed within the ERP system and support invoice processing and collections as needed • Ensure compliance with local guidelines, laws, and GE policy

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field from an accredited university or college OR a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 2 years of experience • Minimum 2 years in a customer oriented or quote management role • Intermediate/Advanced user of Microsoft Office • Experience in SAP / SFDC to build and manage quotes and support finance & data reporting • Customer focused in the provision of service • Ability to work in a matrixed environment • Ability to work under own initiative, with an understanding of appropriate escalation • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize work appropriately • Ability to learn new tools and processes and help improve on them • Effective written and oral communication skills • Detail and numbers oriented, with an organized approach to data reporting and record keeping • Punctual and reliable • Team player, able to be part of a team and contribute to team work • Flexible attitude and approach to working hours • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
