Beschreibung

• Own Gifthealth's email channel strategy and lifecycle roadmap aligned to commercial, clinician, and patient objectives • Translate lifecycle strategy into a communications framework covering acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, adherence, and re-engagement • Identify where email drives value across customer and patient journeys • Build and maintain the lifecycle communications calendar and newsletter program • Establish lifecycle marketing best practices, governance, and operating processes • Manage segmented, permission-based audiences, marketing consent, and preference management • Design, build, launch, and optimize automated email journeys and triggered communications • Develop audience segmentation and personalization strategies using behavior, lifecycle stage, preferences, and other data signals • Partner with data, product, and operations to activate customer insights and behavioral triggers • Own end-to-end email production from briefing and audience definition through build, QA, deployment, and performance analysis • Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for email and lifecycle marketing • Develop and manage testing across messaging, creative, segmentation, cadence, personalization, and journey design • Analyze campaign and journey performance and generate actionable insights • Report recommendations to stakeholders and leadership • Partner with brand and creative to ensure on-brand communications • Collaborate with product, growth, operations, clinical, analytics, and other teams • Serve as the internal subject-matter expert for email and lifecycle marketing • Advocate for useful, customer-focused communications • Develop audience, segmentation, consent, suppression, and communication governance frameworks • Ensure compliance with privacy, consent, deliverability, and healthcare communication requirements • Improve marketing technology, data flows, automation, and operational efficiency • Document processes and establish scalable ways of working

🎯 Anforderungen

• 6-9+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, retention, email, growth, or related marketing disciplines, with meaningful ownership of an email channel • Proven experience developing and executing end-to-end lifecycle and email strategies • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation, personalization, triggered communications, and marketing automation • Ability to turn customer data and behavioral insights into effective journeys and communications • Hands-on expertise with a modern marketing automation or ESP platform • HubSpot experience preferred; Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience also considered • Highly analytical and comfortable using performance data to make decisions and demonstrate impact • Strong project management skills • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills • Strong copywriting and messaging instincts • Experience in healthcare, health tech, pharmacy, or another highly regulated environment desired • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment desired • Comfort operating with ambiguity and creating structure desired • History of scaling lifecycle programs at a fast-growing company desired • Effective verbal and written communication • Ability to use computers and standard office technology for extended periods • Ability to review, analyze, edit, and produce written and digital content for extended periods • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously • Ability to participate in virtual and in-person meetings • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment with sensitive information • Ability to occasionally work outside normal business hours • Ability to travel occasionally
