Beschreibung

• Represent Gilead's products and services to a defined customer base • Generate and grow sales while consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets within the assigned geographic area • Conduct in-person representation and face-to-face meetings with healthcare practitioners • Establish strong working relationships with healthcare practices • Deliver disease awareness information, clinical updates, education, and healthcare changes • Synthesize complex clinical concepts for diverse audiences • Develop an understanding of issues and opportunities unique to the Houston North geography • Understand Gilead and competitor products and disease-state complexities • Promote appropriate use of Gilead products in accordance with Corporate, PhRMA, and OIG guidelines • Develop and implement a territory business plan, monitor sales progress, and create action plans • Prepare territory budget plans for customer contacts, educational grants, speaker events, and other external expenditures • Partner with Medical Scientists, National Account Managers, Therapeutic Center Specialists, Marketing, and other internal teams • Identify and resolve issues and opportunities and communicate proactively to marketing and sales management • Report adverse events to Gilead's Drug Safety and Public Health department • Perform administrative functions, including call activity and customer information reporting and expense submission • Adhere to regulatory, state, federal, and company policies and business ethics • Keep department personnel informed of and compliant with commercial compliance policies and applicable laws and guidance • Create inclusion, develop talent, and empower teams through people-leader accountabilities

🎯 Anforderungen

• High School diploma and 11+ years of relevant experience; OR Associates degree and 9+ years of relevant experience; OR Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience; OR Masters' degree and 5+ years of relevant experience • Ability to engage in required travel, including regular travel within the assigned area • Satisfaction of onsite visitation requirements of healthcare practitioners, if applicable • Valid driver's license is required • A minimum of 4 years of pharmaceutical/healthcare sales experience (preferred) • Superior selling skills focused on highly competitive markets • Proven and consistent track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives, preferably in specialty markets • Previous product launch experience in a highly competitive environment (preferred)
