Beschreibung

• Oversee and support a portfolio of client implementation projects through the complete lifecycle, from Sales hand-off through successful launch • Serve as consultant, application configuration expert, and project manager • Keep internal and external teams engaged and aligned • Translate deployment of Glia tools and technology into measurable customer ROI and communicate value to executive stakeholders • Build and maintain project schedules, communication plans, test plans, and RAID logs tailored to each client • Manage client expectations, proactively flag alignment issues, and escalate blockers to keep timelines on track • Train client administrators on platform configuration • Support operators through simulated training exercises • Identify, define, and recommend internal procedures to scale and improve service delivery

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2+ years of experience managing implementations for SaaS or Enterprise-level clients • Understanding of APIs, HTML, and network security • Hands-on experience configuring applications or software platforms, such as website CMS, CRM systems, or enterprise software tools • Proven ability to coordinate multiple client-facing projects simultaneously • Experience collaborating across Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Development/Engineering teams • Strong presentation skills, self-confidence, and enthusiasm • Efficient and scalable problem-solving ability • Strong project management skills and a background in technical consultancy • Excellent written, oral, and social interpersonal skills across multiple audiences and methods • Highly collaborative and flexible • Growth mindset with curiosity about technology • Bonus: Experience working in or with Contact Centers • Bonus: Experience training end-users on systems • Bonus: Experience within the Financial Services, Insurance, or Healthcare Industries • Bonus: A project management or technical certification or related professional coursework • Bonus: Experience working in a consultancy role
