Beschreibung

• Set product vision and strategy informed by customer engagement, competitive and market research, and company goals • Present evidence-backed product proposals, including options, costs, and tradeoffs, to leadership and the board • Own roadmap sequencing and prioritization across concurrent launches and the growing framework portfolio • Define outcomes, build instrumentation into launches, and report product performance metrics • Own product positioning, pricing input, launch communications, external roadmap, and sales enablement materials • Directly oversee the Director of Engineering and wider engineering team • Own the discovery process and coordinate CX, sales, and other contributors • Partner with CX and Sales to gather customer and competitive insight • Grow and coach a product and engineering organization of about 12 people • Hire and mentor product managers • Communicate roadmap and tradeoffs to engineers, executives, the board, and customers • Document decisions and known issues for company-wide access • Help reduce internal subject-matter experts' cost to serve through internal tooling

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of product leadership experience • Experience taking products from ideation through discovery, launch, and iteration • Experience at startup or high-growth scale-up companies, roughly Series A to C or sub-150 to 300 person organizations • Technical fluency sufficient to manage a strong Director of Engineering and make informed platform/architecture calls • Direct experience owning product marketing, positioning, and sales enablement • Experience building analytics and success metrics from nothing and using them to drive decisions • B2B SaaS background required • Experience in a regulated or compliance-driven category is a strong plus • Experience running discovery, market research, and agile/scrum-based project management • Experience hiring, growing, and coaching product teams from a very small starting headcount • Comfort using AI tools • Based in the Raleigh, NC area and comfortable with a hybrid schedule preferred; strong remote candidates across the U.S. considered
