Beschreibung

• Own the product area's roadmap and connect product bets to business outcomes such as revenue, retention, or margin • Run the product lifecycle from problem definition through launch and iteration • Use customer insight and data to guide product decisions • Own unit economics for the product, including user and transaction revenue and costs • Design and run experiments, including A/B tests, and act on results • Use Amplitude and Metabase to define metrics, track results, and determine what to build, fix, or stop • Use AI for research, analysis, specifications, prototyping, and decision-making • Collaborate with partners, compliance, support, growth, leadership, engineers, designers, data, and marketing • Align priorities and drive product adoption • Report to the Head of Product

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in a senior or lead role • Track record of scaling products with quantifiable results • Strong command of unit economics, including modeling contribution margin per user or transaction • Hands-on experience with Amplitude and Metabase • Experience designing and running experiments, including A/B tests • Well versed in using AI tools to multiply productivity and work quality • Solid grasp of how software gets built • Ability to work closely with engineers • Excellent written and verbal communication for a distributed, global audience • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive results in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
