Beschreibung

• Own predicted revenue per install and per web-funnel visitor • Run end-to-end monetization experiments involving paywall placement and design, pricing, packaging, offers, trial mechanics, and subscription flows • Form hypotheses, ship A/B tests, analyze results, and scale or stop experiments • Use established monetization patterns and playbooks to identify opportunities • Reach into activation or retention when data indicates it is the fastest path to increased revenue • Maintain a steady pipeline of live tests by sizing opportunities, prioritizing expected revenue impact, and preparing upcoming tests • Write concise specifications covering triggers, A/B testing methods, and success criteria • Maintain an accurate experiment log documenting expectations, outcomes, and incorrect assumptions • Partner with user acquisition, web, brand, and data teams on revenue per install • Work directly with product, engineering, and the CEO on ideas and experiments

🎯 Anforderungen

• Product career spent mostly on monetization • Track record moving revenue and owning monetization metrics such as ARPU, LTV, conversion, and trial-to-paid • At least one original monetization idea developed from first principles • Habit of designing and interpreting A/B tests and making ship-or-kill decisions • Strong analytical instincts; ability to pull and sanity-check data and size audiences • Ability to ship quickly from idea to specification to live experiment to measurement • Experience using AI tools for research, specifications, analysis, and day-to-day work • Ability to take a position early and communicate it in concise written form • Fluent English • Bonus: Experience monetizing a B2C subscription app • Bonus: Familiarity with mobile monetization and experimentation tools, including paywall and pricing tooling, Amplitude, attribution/MMP setup, feature flags, and server-side testing • Bonus: Experience with AI-native products or emotionally engaging consumer apps in social, communication, relationship, or entertainment spaces • Bonus: Experience with web-to-app funnels • Bonus: Experience as an early or sole monetization owner and building testing processes from scratch • Able to work CET hours
