Beschreibung

• Own day-to-day accounting operations using QuickBooks Online • Manage job and project costing, ensuring accurate tracking of labor, materials, and margins • Oversee monthly close, financial statements, and management reporting • Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections • Work with outside CPA for Tax Purposes • Manage payroll and payroll-related reporting (ADP, Paylocity, or similar systems) • Ensure compliance with GAAP and support external accountants as needed • Improve and document accounting processes as the company continues to grow • Provide financial insights to help leadership make informed business decisions

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field • 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably within construction or project-based environments • Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online • Proven experience with job/project costing • Payroll system experience (ADP, Paylocity, or similar) • Ability to work independently and take ownership of the full accounting function • CPA is a plus, but not required.
