Beschreibung

• Own TV (linear + CTV), podcast, and direct mail end to end, including partners, budget, testing, and scale-or-cut decisions • Relaunch and scale TV with Tatari by rebuilding the plan, owning creative rotation, and increasing spend based on evidence • Rebuild the podcast program, selecting the buying model, shows, DAI versus host-read strategy, and promo-code attribution • Scale direct mail profitably and improve its strategy and measurement • Own offline measurement end to end through Haus geo tests, holdouts, post-purchase surveys, and promo codes • Set and defend offline budgets, make scale/cut decisions, and present them to leadership • Hold agency and partner teams accountable to clear KPIs • Collaborate with the creative team to improve TV, direct mail, and podcast assets • Build the quarterly test roadmap and 2027 offline plan, including upfront decisions and new reach bets such as OOH, sponsorships, and portfolio buys • Report to the VP of Growth and operate independently with a direct line to the CMO

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years in performance or growth marketing • 4+ years owning offline channels (TV, podcast/audio, direct mail) brand-side at a DTC or consumer subscription brand • Personally scaled an offline channel from test to meaningful budget • Experience managing partners such as Tatari, Oxford Road, Ad Results Media, PostPilot, or Lob • Experience designing and reading incrementality tests, including geo holdouts, matched-market, and platform lift • Knowledge of calibrating an MMM with experiments • Knowledge of TV buying and reporting, Tatari, iSpot, linear vs. CTV economics, and podcast buying • Knowledge of host-read vs. DAI, Magellan, and Podscribe • Understanding of direct mail audience modeling, holdout design, and response curves • Ability to tie brand tracking (Tracksuit or similar) to acquisition • Strong Sheets/Excel skills • Comfortable with Northbeam and post-purchase survey tools such as KnoCommerce • SQL/BigQuery is a plus
