Beschreibung

• Complete complex/studio software project setups and modifications as required by the client • Answer incoming support calls and emails • Utilize Asana checklists and follow protocols for each project setup • Transfer/escalate issues to other team members as required • Utilize Intercom ticketing system to manage client requests • Submit software development requests and bugs to development on behalf of users • Training and providing ongoing support to other Implementation Specialists to assist with setups • Assist with planning and coordinating user communications as necessary • Assisting Technical Account Management with clients to ensure their setups are enabled correctly • Assist the Digital Project Manager with clients to maintain the company’s projects, such as audits and checklists

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree • Customer Service: 3+ years • Software implementation/Project Onboarding: 1+ years • The ability to deal with high volumes and work under pressure • The ability to hold oneself accountable for completing their own tasks correctly • Self-monitoring, self-aware and self-correcting • A desire to find the solution, not just finish the task • Enthusiastic attitude about providing superior customer service • Excitement to learn the ins and outs of GreenSlate software platforms • Experience supporting accounting or other business operations software • Knowledge of production workflows and accounting basics is a plus! • Excellent listening and communications skills • Extremely focused and detail oriented.
