Beschreibung

• Drive content creation influencing design engineers, technical buyers, and other key decision-makers throughout the buyer’s journey • Manage and execute comprehensive content strategies for key audiences • Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and engineering teams on marketing and sales enablement content programs • Distill complex technical information into clear industry and application messaging and input briefs • Identify buyer-journey content gaps with sales leadership and create enablement tools for field teams • Use Generative AI tools for market research, brainstorming, and drafting creative input briefs • Manage creation, reviews, and approvals of industry, application, and sales enablement content • Deliver web pages, blog posts, technical papers, customer pitch decks, and commercial sales collateral • Collaborate with creative services, writers, designers, and technical team members while balancing competing priorities • Craft strategic input briefs for creative partners • Perform minor copywriting, editing, and rapid-response sales enablement projects • Develop content strategies aligned with SEO and AEO best practices • Monitor program milestones and timelines • Track, evaluate, and report content performance, program effectiveness, asset usage, and marketing ROI

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years experience developing, leading, and managing industry-focused marketing content programs, sales enablement content initiatives, product marketing programs, or similar B2B marketing initiatives from strategy through execution • Demonstrated track record of creating sales collateral, presentation decks, and commercial enablement tools for complex technical solutions • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and navigate ambiguity and shifting stakeholder expectations • Pragmatic, action-oriented approach to crafting industry, application, and value-proposition messaging for design engineers, procurement personas, and commercial teams • 5+ years of experience managing enterprise B2B marketing and sales enablement programs or campaigns within the electronics, connector, or contract manufacturing industries preferred • Proven success building sales enablement assets such as industry overview decks, reference guides, and solution briefs preferred • Solid foundation in SEO and AEO principles preferred • Hands-on experience using AI models for workflow efficiency preferred • Experience structuring technical B2B content for search engines and AI discovery platforms preferred • Visa sponsorship and relocation are not offered for this position • Must successfully pass a drug test where required by state law • Employment eligibility verification through E-Verify
