Beschreibung

• Lead and manage integration consultants through Workday deployments • Design, build and support testing of complex Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, Orchestrate and core connectors • Lead workstream delivery and resourcing • Work directly with clients to deliver requirements and design documents • Develop and lead the development of quality Workday integrations • Engage with third-party vendors as required • Communicate with team members on cross-functional items • Communicate technical challenges and solutions to internal and client teams • Contribute to innovation and process and asset improvement • Deliver Workday HCM and Workday Financials solutions that help organizations make better business decisions • Demonstrate consultative skills and focus on high customer satisfaction

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five (5) years of experience implementing Workday; OR a Master's degree with a minimum of three (3) years of experience implementing Workday; OR no degree and a minimum of nine (9) years of experience implementing Workday • Current holder of a Workday Certification within Workday Integrations, Workday Studio, Workday Orchestrate, etc. • Minimum of three (3) years of work experience with integration development and modern integration technology • Experience with EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net, middleware, etc. • Up to 25% travel • Experience with projects executed within a structured methodology • Experience deploying implementations within state or local government • Experience in HR or Financial Department environments • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills • Ability to provide RFP responses, white papers, Workday demonstrations and client presentations
