Beschreibung

• Design and optimize end-to-end recruiting processes globally; drive efficiency, consistency, and strong candidate experience • Own strategy and optimization of our tech stack (e.g., Workday, HiredScore, Joveo, LinkedIn) • Define and drive the adoption of AI-enabled recruiting and automation across the TA lifecycle • Lead global delivery for scheduling, offers, and background checks • Manage agencies, job boards, and technology partners • Ensure alignment with global regulations (e.g., GDPR) and consistent governance • Own end-to-end TA analytics—ensure Workday data integrity, build actionable dashboards • Support the design and continuous improvement of recruiting workflows, KPI frameworks, process improvements.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10–15+ years in global Talent Acquisition, with strong experience in TA Operations, TA Technology • Proven ability to build and scale global recruiting infrastructure and processes • Proven ability to identify, implement, and scale AI and automation solutions across the recruiting lifecycle to drive measurable impact • Deep experience with Workday ATS and modern recruiting tools • Experience leading TA coordination or centralized TA operations teams • Strong vendor, stakeholder, and project management skills • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into action • Experience operating in a global environment with complex compliance requirements • Google Workspace experience preferred
