Beschreibung

• Build one affiliate and creator program across TikTok Shop, Amazon, and Shopify • Define each channel's role, economics, tracking, tiers, commissions, and incentives • Coach creators, oversee their success, run creator calls, provide feedback, and maintain creator engagement • Monitor platform changes, new affiliate and creator models, and AI tools; test emerging opportunities • Own sample spend, commissions, and retainers; measure sales and margin returns • Direct a sourcing team to maintain a steady pipeline of suitable creators • Recruit, grow, and retain top-performing affiliates and creators • Integrate high-performing creator content into paid media for Amazon and Shopify • Operate the program using CRM systems, documented processes, and AI-powered workflows • Track affiliate-driven sales, program profitability, top-affiliate sales, creator consistency, and system effectiveness • Report to the CEO

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate or influencer marketing for e-commerce brands • Built and scaled an affiliate or creator program for at least one other e-commerce brand, with demonstrable results • Hands-on experience running affiliate on at least two of TikTok Shop, Amazon, and Shopify, with the range to run all three • A point of view on where affiliate is going next, and one thing built ahead of the curve • Strong grasp of program economics, including commission structures, cost per creator, and margin • Experience coaching creators and leading a sourcing team or virtual assistants • AI capability, a CRM, and documented SOPs • Daily use of AI to increase productivity and ability to apply AI, CRM, and SOPs to improve program operations • Clear communication, trust-building, excellence, follow-through, data-driven decision-making, structure, relationship management, and momentum • Completion of a Culture Index assessment and a case study before interviews
