Beschreibung

• Coordinate Device & Appliance releases with counterparts in South Korea • Collaborate with Korea HQ Product Management to release devices and appliances for the US market based on market research, market demand, and customer demand • Attend late-night meetings with stakeholders in South Korea to provide updates and collaborate with cross-functional teams aligned with the Korea time zone • Act as escalation point for issues related to Devices & Appliances • Work with support, sales, and FAE teams to gather field feedback and voice of customer • Manage pricing, price lists, and bills of materials (BOM) for products • Conduct competitor analysis and monitor industry trends to inform product decisions • Manage product launches, including marketing, technical publications, website requirements, and integration with tools such as DesignPro • Provide post-launch support to improve product performance and customer satisfaction

🎯 Anforderungen

• Knowledge of Linux and Windows OS is required • Strong technical acumen and ability to articulate complex solutions to technical and non-technical audiences • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including the Seoul, South Korea region, up to 20% • Basic finance and mathematics skills to calculate business cases, profit, and MSRP • Ability to collaborate across global cross-functional teams • Background in VMS and COTS products • Understanding of networking, throughput, and technologies driving specifications in NVRs, workstations, and decoders • Ability to handle deadlines, commitments, unknowns, and execute with attention to detail
