Beschreibung

• Partner with Strategy to translate emerging business ideas into testable hypotheses • Define riskiest assumptions, validation criteria, and evidence needed before work begins • Run focused validation sprints with a design partner • Scope sprints tightly and select the fastest credible path to an answer • Size opportunities and model potential business cases • Analyze competitive and market dynamics and assess commercial viability • Conduct surveys, interviews, onsite ethnographic research, demand tests, and market prototypes with customers • Synthesize customer evidence and business analysis into go/no-go recommendations for leadership • Package validated opportunities for handoff to product teams • Shape the Studio playbook, sprint cadence, decision framework, and confidence standards • Use AI tools for research synthesis, analysis, and prototyping • Collaborate with User Research, Strategy, Data & Analytics, Product, Engineering, and other partners • Report directly to the SVP of Product

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience managing technology products • Focus on mobile or consumer products • Ideally includes 0-to-1 work such as early-stage startups, product incubation, or founding a company • Strategic, business-minded approach • Ability to size markets and build lightweight business cases • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and able to execute independently • Comfortable with high autonomy and ambiguity • Experience with data-informed decision-making and independent analysis of opportunities and experiments • Skilled in planning, recruiting for, and conducting customer interviews and lightweight research • Strong executive communication, narrative synthesis, recommendation, and tradeoff articulation skills • Ability to build relationships and influence across organizational levels • Intellectual honesty and willingness to recommend ending an initiative • Fluency with or willingness to master AI tools for research, analysis, and rapid prototyping • Knowledge of or passion for sports and sports communities • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Must be based in the United States; hiring unavailable in AK, DE, HI, IA, LA, MS, MT, OK, and SC
