Beschreibung

• Partner with leadership to define and execute product strategy aligned with short- and long-term business objectives • Own and prioritize the product roadmap by balancing business goals, client needs, competitive insights, organizational commitments, and development timelines • Lead cross-functional collaboration across Product, Technology, Operations, Sales, Service, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Product Deployment • Define product vision, business requirements, epics, features, and development scope • Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing enhancement • Establish and monitor KPIs, evaluate product performance, and recommend enhancements • Develop go-to-market strategies, launch plans, client communications, sales collateral, RFP content, and product documentation • Ensure products comply with applicable regulatory, legal, compliance, and risk requirements • Analyze market trends, competitive offerings, and client feedback to identify enhancements and new opportunities • Drive product adoption, client value, and business impact with Sales, Service, and Product Deployment teams

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience • 7+ years of product management, product development, or related experience within the financial services industry • Strong product strategy, roadmap, and product lifecycle management experience • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment • Experience supporting digital communication channels and digital product capabilities • FINRA fingerprinting required upon hire • Experience with defined contribution retirement products • Direct experience with Multiple Employer Plans (MEPs), Pooled Employer Plans (PEPs), and Professional Employer Organization (PEO) partner relationships • Experience managing strategic product initiatives and cross-functional projects • Experience managing vendor and partner relationships • Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or similar product development methodologies • Experience using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Aha! • Strong understanding of the retirement marketplace • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable • Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection and a suitable home workspace for remote work
