Beschreibung

• Lead collaboration with customers, brokers and benefit providers throughout implementation projects across UK&I and international markets • Gather, document and analyse customer requirements, producing detailed solution designs aligned to Benifex best practices • Partner with technical colleagues to design feasible, scalable solutions that meet customer goals within Benifex technology • Identify risks, exceptions and edge cases early, designing robust end‑to‑end processes and workflows • Deliver solutions with a strong focus on user experience for both employees and customer administrators • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders • Act as a subject matter expert on benefits, Benifex solutions and integrations for internal teams • Support product development initiatives with customer and market insights • Represent Benifex as a solution expert in sales meetings when required • Contribute to and continuously improve Benifex best‑practice libraries, processes and implementation standards • Share knowledge and act as a role model within the consulting community, supporting the development of others • Continuously research and expand your understanding of the global benefits landscape

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience in a customer‑facing, requirements‑gathering role within a project delivery environment • Proven ability to deliver multiple customer projects simultaneously • Experience working on system integration projects, ideally HR or Payroll integrations • Strong ownership mindset with a completer‑finisher approach and high accountability • Evidence of proactively driving improvements and constructively challenging the status quo • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex or technical concepts to varied audiences • Confidence in navigating difficult conversations with empathy and fairness • A collaborative team player with a solution‑oriented, problem‑solving mindset • Comfortable working with technology and logical process design • Bonus points for: Experience in the benefits/HR/ technology/payroll industry in a consulting or implementation role
