Beschreibung

• Support Team Member Relations case workflows, including intake routing, documentation quality checks, data entry, and system updates within the TMR case management system • Independently handle operational case investigations, ensuring timely progression, sufficient documentation, and readiness for audit or escalation review • Administer background check processes, monitor results, escalate issues, and coordinate with vendors and HR partners to resolve discrepancies • Apply adjudication guidelines to identify compliance, EEOC, or risk concerns and ensure appropriate escalation and documentation • Coordinate document collection, tracking, and follow-up for immigration and work authorization processes • Serve as an operational point of continuity for immigration-related inquiries • Assist with standard reports, dashboards, and metrics, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency • Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, or recurring issues and flag insights for leadership review • Follow TMR operational procedures and escalation protocols; identify and elevate issues or gaps • Recommend procedural enhancements to improve efficiency, consistency, or risk mitigation • Support review, maintenance, and updates of enterprise-wide TMR and related HR policies and procedures • Conduct operational impact assessments and identify process gaps • Participate in cross-functional projects involving enterprise initiatives, system implementations, compliance programs, or operational improvements • Partner with HR Business Partners, Team Member Services, Legal, and vendors to resolve operational issues • Participate in process improvement, documentation updates, and system enhancement testing • Maintain accurate records in accordance with company policies, privacy standards, and legal requirements • Ensure records meet defensibility standards for internal review, external audit, or regulatory response • Complete required company training, comply with company policies, and perform other assigned duties

🎯 Anforderungen

• Working knowledge of HR operations, employee relations processes, or case management systems • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to follow defined procedures and timelines • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and HR systems • Ability to apply judgment within established operational and compliance frameworks • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience • 1–3 years of related experience • Preferred: strong background in HR operations, project management, policy creation, and process improvement • Preferred: experience conducting workplace investigations, HR case management, and/or background screening systems
