Beschreibung

• Develop and maintain the Program Management Portal using modern web frameworks and database technologies • Build cross-platform mobile applications using React Native or similar frameworks • Leverage AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to accelerate solution delivery • Translate business requirements into application architecture and functional specifications • Design and implement database schemas, APIs, and integration points with existing business systems • Conduct rapid prototyping to validate concepts with stakeholders before full development • Debug, test, and refine AI-generated code to ensure quality and performance standards • Create technical documentation for developed solutions • Collaborate with program managers to identify automation opportunities and efficiency improvements • Support integration with enterprise tools including Smartsheet, financial systems, and reporting platforms • Maintain and enhance existing applications based on user feedback and evolving requirements • Researches, designs, develops, and/or modifies enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2 years relevant experience with Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related technical field; 0 years experience with Masters in related field • Minimum 3 years of experience in software development or technical solution delivery • Demonstrated proficiency with modern web development frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, or similar) • Experience with mobile application development (React Native, Flutter, or native iOS/Android) • Working knowledge of database design and SQL • Familiarity with API development and integration (REST, GraphQL) • Experience using AI-assisted coding tools for development acceleration • Strong problem-solving capabilities with ability to decompose complex requirements into technical solutions • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate between technical and business stakeholders • U.S. Citizenship required. • Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain SECRET security clearance.
