Beschreibung

• Own a product portfolio end-to-end, setting strategy, defining the roadmap, and driving execution from concept through rollout and adoption. • Take on new squads and problem spaces as business needs evolve, ramping quickly on unfamiliar domains. • Build products using complex financial and operational data, including budgets, actuals, cost structures, schedules, and vendor pricing. • Integrate AI into product features to predict, decide, draft, or eliminate workflow steps, supported by evaluation and quality frameworks. • Write clear product requirements, anticipate edge cases, and prioritize based on impact, effort, and long-term value. • Define success metrics, instrument products, and run experiments to improve cycle time, cost accuracy, and adoption. • Drive initiatives across Construction Operations, Finance, Sales, Design, and Engineering.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a complex, technical product • Exceptional analytical rigor and comfort with messy, high-stakes data • Ability to write queries, build models, and reconcile numbers independently • Experience with financial or operational data products such as cost, pricing, margin, budgeting, forecasting, supply chain, or scheduling • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies and production edge cases • Metrics-driven operating style with quantitative success measurement and instrumentation • Strong technical fluency and ability to reason through system tradeoffs and read evaluations • AI-first product design instinct, including understanding appropriate uses and risks of AI • Breadth and adaptability across multiple product areas or new domains • Hands-on 0-to-1 product-building experience from concept through launch and adoption • Exceptional communication skills across operators, technical teams, and executive leadership • Ability to self-start, thrive in ambiguity, move quickly, and drive cross-functional outcomes • Interest in construction and the built environment is a plus; prior industry experience is not required • Must address US employment visa sponsorship status in the application
