Beschreibung

• Design, document, and implement end-to-end SOPs for the entire hiring lifecycle, from position management in the HRIS to final hire in Greenhouse • Build and maintain hiring capacity planning and forecasting, including a dynamic Capacity vs. Demand model for the next 2 to 3 quarters • Own the Talent Acquisition tool ecosystem and roadmap • Manage vendor relationships, drive tool adoption, and ensure systems are integrated and optimized • Develop and execute an AI in Operations roadmap to improve talent rediscovery and recruiter productivity • Lead high-impact Talent Acquisition programs, including Referrals and Talent Masters • Streamline interview coordination through automation • Own SLAs and templates for candidate communications • Own reporting and analytics for candidate experience and operational health • Use data to identify bottlenecks and drive quarterly OKRs and rocks

🎯 Anforderungen

• 12+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition • At least 4 years focused specifically on Talent Acquisition Operations in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment • Expert-level knowledge of ATS, HRIS, and hiring technology • Ability to configure hiring tools for effectiveness and efficiency • Systems-first mindset with experience building practical, scalable, and intuitive documentation and SOPs • Analytical rigor; ability to translate candidate sentiment and funnel metrics into operational improvements • Proven track record launching and scaling employee referrals, university hiring, interviewer training, CRM, or Talent Rediscovery programs • Knowledge of AI and automation trends within HR technology and ability to apply them to hiring challenges • Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, People Operations, and Engineering
