Beschreibung

• Serve as the go-to communications partner to the Interim CTO, VP of Brand and Design, and product leaders • Translate technical and product strategy, roadmaps, architecture decisions, organizational changes, and platform bets into clear communications • Own communications strategy and execution for product launches, organizational changes, leadership transitions, roadmap updates, and cross-functional initiatives • Write and produce materials for Product Delivery all-hands, town halls, executive memos, quarterly reviews, and manager cascades • Partner with GTM, Marketing, People, and Finance to position product and technical work internally • Coach product, engineering, and design leaders on written and live communications • Design and maintain repeatable AI projects, agents, and automations to scale communications and enable leader self-service

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7+ years in internal communications, executive communications, or technical program communications • Experience ideally in a fast-scaling tech, SaaS, or product-led company • Track record supporting senior technical and product leaders, including CTO, CPO, VP Engineering, VP Product, or VP Design • Genuine technical fluency in product language, engineering trade-offs, and systems concepts • Exceptional writing and editorial skills • Ability to build plans, sequence messages, and run communications as a program • Comfort with ambiguity and periods of transition and change • Discretion, integrity, and maturity to handle sensitive information
