Beschreibung

• Support day-to-day portfolio operations for the Enterprise Software Quality Engineering Center of Excellence • Coordinate leadership reviews, planning cycles, intake processes, and governance routines • Manage operational intake and demand coordination, including tracking, assessment, prioritization, and routing • Maintain visibility into portfolio performance, delivery commitments, dependencies, risks, and operational issues • Support organizational planning and prepare materials for portfolio reviews and executive decision-making • Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and expense management activities • Monitor budget-to-forecast-to-actual performance, analyze variances, and develop monthly executive reporting and recommendations • Develop presentations, business cases, and materials for leadership reviews, financial governance, annual planning, and investment discussions • Partner with Finance, Procurement, and business leaders on budgets, investments, utilization, vendor spend, and operational efficiency • Support workforce planning, capacity management, resource forecasting, and resource transitions into Quality Engineering COEs • Track resource allocation trends and identify staffing, onboarding, skill gap, succession planning, and delivery capacity risks • Track financial and operational action items and ensure timely completion of leadership commitments • Manage executive communications, meeting preparation, decision logs, and follow-up actions • Lead supplier management, vendor performance reviews, contract compliance, service-level tracking, risk management, and relationship management • Manage end-to-end RFP processes, including requirements gathering, supplier evaluations, scoring, contract negotiations, and recommendations • Conduct financial, operational, and market research for strategic decisions, funding requests, workforce investments, and continuous improvement • Coordinate vendor reporting, performance reviews, action tracking, onboarding documentation, renewals, and ongoing vendor management • Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, scorecards, and presentation materials using Power BI • Consolidate and analyze financial, resource capacity, portfolio demand, organizational health, and transformation data • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve operational performance and decision-making • Support organizational communications, town halls, All Hands meetings, associate engagement, learning, culture, onboarding, and change-management initiatives • Support enterprise quality transformation initiatives, strategic programs, innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement • Coordinate plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, reporting, organizational goals, and action plans • Measure and communicate program value, organizational impact, and business outcomes • Coordinate onboarding and integration for resources transitioning from business segments into Quality Engineering COEs • Track onboarding progress, surface blockers, support issue resolution, and standardize integration practices

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Business or Information Technology, or related field • 5+ years of experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking, or resource planning processes • 5+ years of experience in portfolio management, technology business operations, program management, strategic planning, workforce planning, or related disciplines • 3+ years of experience supporting technology organizations, business operations teams, portfolio functions, or transformation initiatives • Experience developing reports, dashboards, scorecards, and executive presentation materials • Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level communication • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy, professionalism, and responsiveness • Experience supporting Quality Engineering, Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps, Enterprise Architecture, or Technology Operations organizations • Experience with vendor management, managed service operations, or strategic partner governance • Experience in healthcare, insurance, financial services, or another highly regulated industry • Experience with workforce onboarding, organizational transition planning, or change management initiatives • Familiarity with Agile, Lean Portfolio Management, SAFe, DevOps, CI/CD, and product operating models • Experience using portfolio, reporting, and work management tools such as Azure DevOps, dashboards/reporting platforms, and collaboration tools • PMP, SAFe, Lean, or related certification • Experience supporting executive-level strategic initiatives and business operations for large enterprise teams • Home internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
