Beschreibung

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of operational activities enabling successful program delivery • Coordinate day-to-day operational activities across program workstreams • Evaluate operational workflows and recommend process improvements • Collaborate with program leadership, functional teams, and government stakeholders on value stream management and operational planning • Monitor operational performance metrics, identify trends, risks, and process gaps, and recommend corrective actions • Support workforce readiness, training coordination, and operational enablement activities • Contribute to continuous improvement by streamlining workflows, standardizing processes, and improving program effectiveness

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered • Minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience supporting program operations, business operations, healthcare operations, process improvement, or operational management initiatives • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing operational activities across multiple workstreams • Strong leadership skills and ability to oversee multiple operations, delegate tasks, communicate clearly and respectfully, and evaluate performance metrics • Experience developing reports, managing day-to-day operations, and interacting with cross-functional teams to support business operations and executive decision-making • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including identifying trends, anomalies, and process improvement opportunities • Experience translating business requirements into analytical solutions and presenting technical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work with or manage others in a fast-paced, client-focused environment • Preferred: experience supporting Federal Government programs, healthcare transformation, digital health, healthcare technology, enterprise modernization, operational planning, value stream management, workflow optimization, business process improvement, organizational change management, workforce enablement, or operational readiness • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or Azure DevOps
