Beschreibung

• Oversee day-to-day HMIS operations for a large Continuum of Care • Ensure reliability, efficiency, quality, and compliance with contracts and service level agreements • Deliver data projects, reports, analytic deliverables, system upgrades, and feature releases on time, within scope, and within budget • Develop and enforce processes supporting system performance, availability, and data quality • Resolve complex technical and operational issues with the HMIS vendor and cross-functional teams • Implement HUD HMIS requirements and CoC HMIS policies and procedures • Coordinate with CoC leadership, the HMIS vendor, technical support teams, and internal and external partners • Review funder and policymaker reports for data quality, compliance, and usability • Communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Manage and support professional development of data analysts, system administrators, quality assurance specialists, and technical specialists • Align CoC and organizational strategy with HMIS team priorities • Provide coaching, feedback, and development planning • Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative team culture • Allocate resources and plan workforce needs • Monitor system performance and identify optimization opportunities • Report HMIS vendor performance, participation, data quality, and performance measures to organizational and CoC leadership • Support compliance with organizational standards and best practices • Remove operational barriers and coordinate across teams and departments • Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and workflows

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science or Information Systems, Public Policy and Administration, Business, Planning, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered • Professional experience working with HMIS and homeless services data systems, including thorough understanding of HMIS software requirements • Proven ability to manage professional teams and deliver operational or technical outcomes • Strong understanding of data systems, operations, and technical environments • Strong understanding of project management methodologies relevant to software development and the data management lifecycle • Experience with complex problem-solving in data or system-related contexts • Experience interpreting data and analytical reports, identifying policy implications, and developing and delivering recommendations to executive leadership • Knowledge of HMIS governance, policy, and administration • Preferred: ability to execute long-term strategies through measurable work plans and contracts/subcontracts • Preferred: experience with training delivery and technical assistance • Preferred: understanding of the McKinney-Vento Act and regulations governing CoC and ESG programs and other federal mainstream housing and services programs
