Beschreibung

• Support implementation of ICF’s utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs, focusing on commercial building systems and energy-efficient technologies • Support evaluation, implementation, and verification of utility-sponsored energy efficiency projects • Identify process improvement opportunities and share best practices across the team and organization • Collaborate with IT, Reporting, Marketing, and Customer Care teams • Conduct analyses to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities • Assist with processing incoming project applications • Review project applications and submittals for compliance with program policies and procedures • Assign applications for further processing and review • Assist with customer and contractor inquiries • Coordinate quality control follow-up on project inspections and customer surveys

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or Associate’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of work experience • Application review and compliance tracking • Team collaboration and stakeholder communication • Data analysis and reporting • Process documentation and improvement • Strong time management and organizational skills • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Analytical thinking and problem-solving • Effective written and verbal communication • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Knowledge of the utility market, specifically energy efficiency, demand response, and distributed energy resource programs and markets • Experience with Power BI or a similar data visualization tool • Experience with SharePoint Lists and Power Automate • Applicants must submit the application directly themselves • Must be able to work remotely in South Carolina, as indicated by the posting location
