Beschreibung

• Own and build the luxury hospitality and wellness vertical across key European markets • Identify, target, and close high-value hotel, resort, spa, and wellness property accounts • Establish iFIT Pilates as the preferred reformer solution for premium properties • Develop and manage flagship-account pipelines and showcase installations • Build relationships with procurement, spa, and fitness decision-makers • Represent iFIT at European wellness, hospitality, and Pilates industry events • Drive subscription-based sales alongside hardware • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and site visits through proposal, negotiation, and installation coordination • Develop vertical-specific sales strategies focused on ROI and regional purchasing practices • Secure premium placements of the NordicTrack Ultra line • Create bespoke proposals and commercial packages including equipment configuration, iFIT membership integration, and service support • Collaborate with Operations and Member Services on installation, onboarding, and support • Maintain CRM pipeline accuracy, forecasting, and account updates for the Global Director • Identify adjacent wellness real-estate verticals • Partner with Marketing and Product on region-specific collateral and demo experiences • Support Pilates education programs aligned with regional sales goals

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent qualification • 4+ years of B2B outside sales experience in fitness, wellness, luxury hospitality, or luxury goods • Based in the UK with strong working knowledge of the local luxury hospitality landscape • Fluency in English required • Ability to manage a territory independently and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals • Genuine knowledge of Pilates, including reformer methodology, studio culture, and competitive equipment • Familiarity with CRM tools • Ability to travel regularly within the territory and occasionally internationally
