Beschreibung

• Build, develop, and mentor a team of software engineers • Own engineers’ career growth through feedback, growth planning, and promotion advocacy • Partner with Product and cross-functional teams to shape data models, system boundaries, and integration decisions • Facilitate execution of the technical roadmap using data-driven decisions, iterative product development, simplicity, and value delivery • Communicate with business stakeholders to understand goals and translate them into technical architecture and requirements • Estimate product scopes and timelines • Collaborate on scalable, stable, efficient, maintainable, and extensible technical solutions • Drive progress when requirements, ownership, or system boundaries are still being defined • Unblock teams by bringing structure without waiting for perfect information

🎯 Anforderungen

• 9+ years of software development experience • 3+ years of experience managing engineers as a sustained, primary function • Demonstrated experience navigating change and evolving priorities • Comfortable driving progress amid ambiguous requirements • Experience managing teams across a cloud-based tech stack; AWS preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated history of working asynchronously and remotely • Ability to work across disciplines • Passion for developing engineers in a full range of professional skills • Ability to balance speed to proof-of-concept with robust, ideal systems • Experience driving organization-wide initiatives to improve engineering outcomes • Experience at an earlier-stage or scale-up company preferred • Healthcare experience preferred • Passion and commitment to reimagining pediatric health care
