Beschreibung

• Identify and help define prospective customers’ technical requirements and use cases • Align Immersive Labs’ technical and business value proposition with customer needs • Partner with Enterprise Sales to conduct POVs with new and existing customers and secure the technical win • Build relationships with key customers to drive business outcomes • Serve as the consistent value champion from pre-sale through post-sale • Act as a security advisor throughout the technical sales cycle • Build cyber skills programs, facilitate crisis simulations, and measure organizational risk • Partner with customers to achieve business objectives, cybersecurity initiatives, and desired outcomes • Establish strategies and roadmaps for cyber workforce resilience • Deliver routine Executive Business Reviews • Recommend improvements to existing cybersecurity programs and suggest new programs • Drive adoption and maximize the value of the Immersive One Platform • Stay informed about evolving threats, trends, and technologies • Collaborate with product, content, and engineering teams as the voice of the customer • Support customers in operationalizing and sustainably incorporating Immersive One into cybersecurity programs • Use platform metrics, custom reports, and insights to demonstrate value • Serve as an escalation point and primary liaison between sales, product leadership, and client accounts • Assist the Customer Success Manager with Executive Business Reviews and executive-level reports • Identify long-term account health and expansion opportunities

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of work experience in an information security practitioner or solution consulting role, including pre-sales experience • Customer Success experience highly desirable • Extensive experience in client-facing roles • Experience presenting to C-level executives and technical stakeholders • Proficiency in IT fundamentals, including computer hardware/software, databases, networking, security, and software development • Authoritative knowledge of information security concepts, domains, compliances, and standards • Ability to articulate value and discuss technical concepts in a jargon-free manner • Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems • Experience with security tools including IDS, firewalls, anti-malware, and SIEM • Experience with public cloud environments • Experience leading technical presentations for technical and non-technical audiences • Industry qualifications such as CISSP desirable but not essential
